I was dismounting my chocobo (personal chocobo, not a rented one) and timed it so that I would zone at the same time, as I've been doing at numerous zones for years.
I zoned INTO Oldton Movalpolis at the north entrance, but my screen went black. I never saw the "downloading" sign. I thought this could be a glitch so I did a forced reboot on my XBOX, and after starting everything back up, I logged back into my character and it was STILL stuck in the black screen, no "downloading" message and no way to interact with the system.
I was able to correct this by going to my PC and getting my character back out of the zone, but this is not the first time I've zoned in this manner and had the game freeze. It IS, the first time that a reboot hasn't fixed it.
