Leafkin Cap +1 teleport not working??

I have the Leafkin Cap +1 and the SoA expansion.
With the cap it should be possible to teleport to Leafallia, but it's not working!

Is this a bug, or are there additional conditions that should be met in order for this to work?
If so it's not listed anywhere.

How far have you progressed in the SoA storyline?
You need to be on Chapter 4-3-5 : A Shrouded Canopy to be able to enter Leafallia at all.

It'll likely start working once you've entered the zone for the first time, but as I stated, you can't access the area at all until you reach that mission.
