Cannot enter any area of sandy

I cannot enter any area of San D'Oria with being disconnected and receiving a 3001 or a 4001 error code.
Some I cannot log on at all if they are in the Mog house in Sandy. This does not seem affect other areas.

Frequency - intermittent for a week +/-, became worse after update
Platform - PC
PC Manufacturer and model number - all my laptops (3)

Os- Windows 7 Home premium

for me, I disconnect in Whitegate. Seems to be a systemic problem as on other forums people have complained about it as well.
