Known Issue regarding Undeliverable Emails to AOL Mail (Mar. 27)

We have confirmed an issue wherein emails from Square Enix may not reach AOL Mail email addresses registered to users' Square Enix accounts.
We are currently looking into a resolution for this issue, and we kindly ask for your patience in the meantime.

Regarding the issue we previously notified you about wherein emails from Square Enix may not reach AOL Mail email addresses registered to users’ Square Enix accounts, we have confirmed as of Apr. 15, 2015 that the issue has been resolved.

The service may now be used as normal.
