Black Chocobo feather

Black Chocobo feathers are supposed to be available for sale from certain vendors if your country is number one. Well, my country is number one and the guy is not selling them. The bug I believe is that all the countries are number one.

It's not a bug, in the case where say something is only sold to the nation is first, if there is a tie for first then the item isn't sold in either nation, it's the same for every item that is based on the nation's conquest position and it always has been.

So it's not a bug but certainly inconvenient as items can end up completely removed from the game for a week. It may be more apt to offer a suggestion that they relax the restrictions on items sold based on conquest rank.
