Walk of Echos problems

The conflux to enter into Walk of Echoes in Xarcabard(s) does'nt appear on my screen. the one in pashow marshlands does. I currently have the Tier VI abyssite for Jeuno VW and am on Wings of the goddess mission "Her Memories" so i should have access, but again it is missing. I have tryed uninstalling and reinstalling and that did not work. I am running the seeker's edition that i bought off gamestop.com, idk if that matters or not. Please help.

Are you sure you're in [S]? Are you at the right position? It's near the home point, right where you warp in when it's beastmen controlled.
