Jug pet TP moves can be spammed without 1000 TP

Steps:
1. Jug pet TP moves can be spammed without 1000 TP, all that was required was an active charge.
2. TP moves went off on all jug pets I tried in x2 zones with as little as 75TP

That was a change made last update, I believe. You no longer need TP to use Ready moves, but TP modifies the effects of the attack. It's not a bug, it's a working as intended.

There isn't anything in the release notes that suggest that TP was no longer needed. It just says there is a modifier. I highly doubt SE intended it to work without accumulating 1000TP 1st.

This was changed in November. It is working as intended.
