Unable to receive Colossus's Torque from Divine Interference

Steps: I've done Divine Interference quest twice now in my attempt to acquire Colossus's Torque. I have previously acquired the item but unfortunately dropped it. In trying to repeat the quest, it does not show the option for torque, only mantle/earring/gil. I believe this may be a bug. I would suggest the option be returned. Thank you.

Working as intended. As far as I can know, you've always only been able to get each item from an avatar fight once.

I believe you're right, apart from the gil each reward can only be obtained once.
Fret not however, Neanica Torque (http://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/Nesanica_Torque) is a good alternative. But instead of Divine you get Enhancing.
