missing servers?

i am playing on the siren server and my friend got his game downloaded today and get it set up and made his first char and when he went to pick servers siren is not listed. is something worng? why cant he pick my server? i even went to get a gold world pass but the npc wont give me the option to buy one. any help to fix this would be greatly helpful thank you

They blocked some servers for a while. People can't get on Phoenix either as far as I know.
