The December (2014) update (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/45365-Dec-10-2014-%28JST%29-Version-Update?p=534537&viewfull=1#post534537) allegedly increased the potency of True Strike and Blade: Kamu. However, player testing has revealed no increase in power for those WSs. They are both identical to before the update.
Can we expect a buff to them at some point?

After speaking with the development team they believe this is possibly a bug. Please report this within the bug reporting sub-forum using the appropriate format, so that the development team can investigate.

I really hope that Blade: Kamu gets a buff. Even with its native attack boost, it has been a pretty miserable WS for its entire life.

Realmrazer was supposed to get the same increase!

Realmrazer did get an increase however it was very small (same story with ruinator or actually a lot of the previously decent axe, club or kat ws). So small in fact that even when you combine this increase and the one from the big ws update it's still significantly weaker than the original version they created before they nerfed it
