Hey everyone! I'm fairly new here to FFXI, started back in September of last year but took a break and just started back today! :) Anyways, I have these Mog Pells I found in my delivery box... I did a little bit of research and found out that I could turn them in for a ton of stuff. My problem is, there is so much to choose from and I have no idea what these things are. Is there anything that I should be getting? Or maybe there is something that I should get just for starting gil? Any tips and opinions are appreciated! Thanks in advanceeee XD

With the Red Mog Pell, iirc, I -highly- recommend going with some of the Trusts. Ones like Moogle (innate Refresh, starts at 1/tick and goes up to 3/tick at higher levels) are very useful for leveling any job up through the levels, since it works on your mage trusts too; that extra 1/tick does make a difference at times! If you have multiple, consider Fablinx (he's a great stunner, when he learns it) as a Trust, or else do your research on FFXIAH on which stones (Wailing+1 or Leaf/Snow- +1) and sell a stack of those.
As for the green, if you're looking for early gil, exchange them for 10 copper vouchers, which can be turned into a RoE NPC and converted to 10k sparks. 10k Sparks, if you spend on things like Manoples (category before Level 99 items, think it's like 76-98? I forget when not looking. It's something to 98.), can then be converted to gil by NPCing the items. You'll generally see about a 1:10 ratio, so 10k sparks can turn into around 100k gil, which is great for just starting out. Hope that helps!
