I bought the Revealer's Tunic from the AH. Unfortunately, no matter what job I choose, I cannot equip it. Is there a reason or is this a bug?

It's Sup1 gear, you have to unlock the Sup1 Job Gift which is gained from earning 50 job points on a job, you have to do this for every job, you can't just unlock Sup1 on 1 job and be set for every job.
