Steps:
I was doing the Rat Race quest. I traded the required fish to Ququroon to get the Nashmau Stew. Then, to progress through the quest, I tried to trade the Nashmau Stew that was previously given to me by Ququroon to Kyokyoroon but no cutscene or quest progression happened. I did not buy this Nashmau Stew from Auction House. I still have the quest activated. I also talked to the end NPC (Kakkaroon) and tried trading the stew to him but it didn't end the quest.

I was doing the Rat Race quest. I traded the required fish to Ququroon to get the Nashmau Stew.
