When I tried to log on to FFXI today a pop up said that my credit card had denied payment to PlayOnline. I haven't talked to my bank yet, but I don't see why this would happen because this hasn't happened before and I didn't do anything to tell the bank to stop payment.

Could be related to the free month we received? Could it be something else on the SE side?

I will call my bank and try to find out what happened.

Don't bother calling your bank - just read the other forum posts- A whole lot of people got canceled today for no reason

For clarification the error type at the bottom, or what I'm assuming is the error type, is LM-08.

Okay, thank you. I had read some of the other posts but the ones I read dealt more with losing specific content ID's and not with not being unable to even log on. Thank you though.

Please read the form - Error UCS-5024 we have all been told our accounts are canceled for non-payment and no on can log into change cc or anything else - SE has finally said they know there is a problem
