I want to know if someone can explain what this means to me.
http://support.eu.square-enix.com/rule.php?id=20&la=1&tag=authc
I want to know if i can stream final fantasy 11 on twitch.tv
The only part of that legal wall of text i understand is something about the program twitch.tv has when you have a lot of people watching your streams offten. Then the other is that you cant change the music or play it with out gameplay going on.
That is the only two parts of reading that i understand.
The other problem is i have no clue the best forum for this here I was going to post it in the tech support forum but it seems like it is only for bug reports.
So if someone can help me with this question and also tell me where i can post questions about streaming from now on when i am on this forum I would be very Grateful.

Simply put, you can stream the original game content and music without altering it. Also, you cannot make any type of financial gains from that content. This includes but not limited to paid memberships, distribute components to other channels or vendors that result in any form of financial gain, ect. Granted there is more to this besides the financial side of things.
As far as I see it, tons of ppl put up all types of gaming content with original music and websites like YouTube and Twitch will monitor the host channels to make sure they are in compliance with their policies. Just take precaution of how you use the material and adhere to the policies of Square Enix and Twitch and you will be fine. :)

Yes, the community team itself I'm pretty sure has said it's OK to monetize your videos as long as you're using the mechanisms provided by those sites and not some third party.

It means do youtube live instead if you can't get into it. Besides, if you can't get viewers on your stream to get into that program, you wouldn't be getting enough viewers for monetization to give you much of anything.
You don't HAVE to monetize your stream or videos. All the guidelines say is it's allowed as long as it's part of a progrgam or system offered by the particular site.

This. The partner programs are only necessary if you're looking to make money. If you aren't trying to make money from it, you can stream/post it anywhere you want.
Long story short: Don't worry. Stream it.

I can understand your concern. YouTube and Twitch will notify if you if you have violated any terms. In this case, they are part of the partner program that will allow subscribers to upload original video and/or music to their channel at no cost since YouTube/Twitch is offering free service. Yes, YouTube and Twitch can advertise through your page because you accepted the terms and agreement for them to do so. So, it wouldnt be any illegal on your part unless you unloaded altered content/audio for the purpose of profit under their partner program.
Like Catmato and Alhanelem said, don't worry about it, stream it.
