Help me anyone!

I'm posting this to get help from anyone.
I've got a post in tech help.I returned to the game after 14months.reinstalled the game.
The problem is my active expansions aren't showing in game.On my ES account manager they are all active just not available in game plz assist?Any ideas...maybe someone had this problem 2?:confused:

did you actually install the expansions? They won't be lit up if they're not installed, even if they're registered.

I did install the physical copies I had on hand.1st installed the 2007 ultimate collection(zil-Toaht),WoTG and then seekers.I'm now trying a fresh install of the
new ultimate collection seekers(just cost me 30$ bucks and lets me get rid of a ton of cd's hopefuly it works). EDITED:As of 3 hours ago I'm good to go the new collection version fixed my issue.(I heard from a friend I needed to log in and patch after every expansion cd and thats why mine didn't work properly)
