The Master + Pet buffing foods and Summoner. (Or any pets that cycle)

I love the idea of the pet buffing foods they have come out with. There is one major issue I need to know about first though. Does the pet buff vanish if the pet dies, is deactivated, or summoned? On summoner will it apply if I switch to a different avatar?


Edit: As a secondary question. Will group food effects buff trust NPC's?

No, it's in effect as long as you have the effect.
