Is it still possible to get a gobbie gavel and shell scepter?

I realize this is a long shot and I don't even think the "FINAL FANTASY XI Tenth Anniversary Goblin and Crab Pen Set " is available or for sale anywhere at least with an activation code still intact. But I always wanted these items and if anyone knows if SE is still selling these somewhere or if there's any other solution please let me know. Thanks :)

I do own one of those keychains, but it didn't come with any moogle cap code, and I'm pretty sure I got my chain when they were rather new.

I don't think there's any other way to get those items, but im pretty sure there are other items in the game with the costume effects.

I figured that, I mean the specific costumes from those items. Unfortunately I don't see those items for sale anywhere so your only option would probably be ebay.
