Additional Effect Status Debuffs Improvement

I have a recycled idea for blu. It gets tiring not knowing whether a defense down or other status ailment affects a target or not. Can we get some sort of notification or message simply stating if our additional effects land. That would be pretty sweet. Thanks!

Let's make this true for all additional effects. If you are afraid of extra messages or something put an extra filter for it. Also while you are at it put when effects land and wear off that pets do
