Unable to earn capacity points

Steps:
i unlocked the job point category, i am currently at 2135 capacity points but even after completing objectives, quests or killing monsters and earning more capacity points the amount of points earned on my menu does not change and stays the same 2135

Are you aware that each job has its own amount of capacity points and that you must move the cursor each individual job to see them? I ask this because I see you have 99 WAR which just happens to be the first job on the CP list which might be causing the confusion. If that is not the problem, I apologize.
