My wife and I decided to do a world transfer last night to a more populated server after a lot of our friend have left the game. The game transferred her account and left me on the old server. On the SE management page is says that I am on the new server but it never transferred my actual account. Now I read in some places that you can contact a GM in game and they will manually take care of it but after 16 hours of trying I am wondering if that too is broken on my account(no GM response no message indicator that they are trying to contact me). So the question is is there a way to fix this? Do GMs even work in the game anymore? Is 16 hours a normal wait time for a GM response?
Sorry to see anyone leave the Phoenix server, you're right though population has been decreasing >.<.
GM's don't normally reply fast anymore but 16 hours is a little outrageous. Try having your wife send a GM call from her character on your behalf as well - Since SE doesn't have a proper means to contact them outside the limited reasons they list I normally select "i've seen rmt activity" or the such and outline precisely what my issue is in the text field - since for the most part GM's don't bother to talk anymore, they only use the generic wall-o-text response.
This is not a suggestion, this is a joke - you could always shout JP Onry for an hour or two, i'm sure they'd GM-Jail you and then you could finally talk with a GM lol >.>;
