Error Code 401 for the duration of Discount Campaign

So Tried to server transfer while the campaign was on and I kept getting Error code 401.

SE was aware of this problem -->

Then soon as the campaign is over. It works!
So i try speaking to customer support through there chat and they say that all services are none refundable and basicly To bad so sad.

not only that, but also when you try to Pay for Crysta or Register a Credit / Debit Card it gives you ERROR CODE: 401 or 601 :(

Been Faithful to SEI for 11 years and now they are doing such thing with payment that it makes me sad.
