Constant Zero on return signal

I was curious to see of anyone else is having semi-DC issues with alot of zero on their return signal? This has been happening alot for me and i even went through with my internet provider to check my signal status but they claim it is/has been fine. I have comcast internet and play both on xbox and pc. :)

Most (if not all) of the servers are having problems.

I haven't had troubles, but a lot of people I know are. It seems to have been pretty widespread lately, especially on Friday evening (in America).
