Character reactivation

Hello i was wondering if i could get some help with a character that was deleted from my account. I was told by POL to pursue the reactivation service but it has been down for a very long time. With all that said i have 2 questions. 1 is there anything i can do to get my char restored. 2 when will the service be available?

pol saying invalid or expired credit card information
will not allow me to log on to check or change said information
anty help would be appreciated
the month of april was suppose to be a free month curious what happened to that
i have been told by my son who was able to log in that others are complaing that they are having same problem 4/2/11

sorry for your troubles but that is not what my issue is

You should be able to reactivate your character as long as you still have all the info... but doubt you can do it today.. they are having issues atm

I would wait a week or so before trying the reactivation service. Right now it is bogged down because SE accidently inactivated an unknown number of valid accounts. As for alternative way, I thought the SE customer service line has restored friends of mine in the past, but if they directed you to reactivate I don't have any other ideas.

If people want to quit permanently you can dispute March's charge and get a refund and get banned from the game.

I strongly do not recommend rash ideas, but if this can not get resolved within a week I am so tempted to do this.

Regarding the Character Restoration Service, unfortunately we do not know when exactly the service will be available again. We do know that if there is any sort of registration server maintenance going on, that service will be unavailable. For your specific character, eligibility to use the service and restore a deleted character is all based on using the service. In the event your deleted character is not listed, then unfortunately that deleted character cannot be restored. Please make sure you review the eligibility notes regarding the Character Restoration Service. We have also had cases where customers think a character was deleted, apply for the Character Reactivation Service, and find out that the character is not available to be restored simply because the character was created under a Content ID that was canceled. So please make sure you also review your Content ID list, as your character may have been canceled and can simply be reactivated.
