Aussie player returning (maybe)

Hi guys.
Call me crazy, but i am toying with the idea of coming back to the game after 2 years off playing XIV among others.
Are there any Oceanic linkshells (or servers) around that peeps could recommned?
I have/had a char on Phoenix with multiple jobs at 99.
I don't like the idea of starting again from scratch, but will if i can find a shell tht does things in my timezone (gmt +10).
Also, any advice for a returning player?

Wish you good luck but no idea what it's like on that server, just saying welcome back, I still prefer XI to XIV even after the improvements to XIV (which I did like).
