Server Transfer Reset During Campaign?

Since these campaigns come along often enough, I was wondering if it were possible to reset the amount of time left you have for a server merge during the campaign. It would allow all of us who want to move, but can't, to move again during the campaign period.

They already reduced the server transfer delay to a couple days. As far as I know even if you transfered today you'd still be able to transfer again before it's over.
