View Full Version : Ineligible for Log in Campaign because of one hour?

Hello,

Payment on my second account expired on November 8th. The log in campaign states that in order to be eligible, your account has to be inactive as of 6:59 am, November 8th.

Does this mean I am ineligible for the log in campaign by one hour?

You: So I missed the campaign by a few hours because I'm a paying
customer? Is there any way to change that?
Agent : I will see if we have any options for this account

Agent : There is nothing we can do at the NA Support Center level to
override this restriction
Agent : But I have taken note of your dissatisfaction with this announcement
Agent : I do apologize, but this goes a bit above our heads
Agent : I would also advise potentially making a (very judicious) post in the
forums regarding this issue

You: Ah yes, the forums are good. The addressed an issue with a mission in
a matter of 24 hours. However not being eligible because I recently paid for
my account does not make sense.

You: I made a post yesterday in Technical Support and haven't received a
response.
