Square Enix you really need to fix the sad excuse that your support is. They are highly unprofessional by stopping communication when a problem still exists.
Furthermore the information listed on the website is false. You are a multi million if not billion dollar company and it is detestable how customers are treated.
Ever since FFXI started customer support has been hated by just about everyone who contacted to receive support.
According to the support website the following is stated:

I would like to unlink a PlayOnline ID from a Square Enix account.

It is possible for your account to be unlinked, which would allow for you to choose a new Square Enix account to transfer to.

I am trying to correct the region that I am currently in. Chat support is not helping me fix the problem I have. They constantly say that they cannot do something.
If they really cannot do something then the information on the website REALLY NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. It is false information and as we have bought this game. Paid money for this game. The ball falls to the courts of Square Enix to actually give support to customers.
This is unacceptable. No reputable company acts in this manner. Your customer support is quite frankly one of the worst customer supports I have ever dealt with.
