View Full Version : No Harvest Festival Trust? :(

I was kind of hoping we'd get a Harvest Festival trust like we did with the Sunbreeze Festival. I know the pickings are a bit slim for this event, but one of the six witches (either one of the "easy" witches (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Harvest_Festival_2013/Guide#Easy_Witch_Locations) or one of the "hard" witches (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Harvest_Festival_2013/Guide#Hard_Witch_Locations)) from the exorcist event would have been a nice addition!

Alternatively, I know this is kind of a long shot, but we already have some monsters involved in Trust so the obvious choice would be Pyracmon (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Pyracmon). Even if he were just a GEO-type Trust I don't think anyone would complain (maybe)!

Are there any other possible Halloween trusts that you'd like to see?

Good idea! I would have liked something seasonal like this too.

Thanks! I would love to see seasonal Trusts from all of the holiday events.

As far as Pyracmon goes, I would love to have him as a full on Ahriman party member with some of the Ahriman special attacks. More realistically though, I wouldn't mind seeing him give like a permanent Enlight effect to any party members within range as a GEO (considering the event involving him).

The Pyracmon idea sounds cute. Even a bat pet would be delightful. Or one of the Dark Lilies, as you suggested.
I really had high hopes that October would be all about pets and monsters. With Monstrosity, monster rearing, Mog Garden, pet jobs, etc. there were plenty of opportunities for nifty stuff.
But I don't know enough about Japanese culture to know what their seasonal festival calendar is like. Yet they put things like the Harvest Festival and Starlight celebration every year.
I would not even be opposed to something more Japanese ghost-related, as I think it would be interesting to learn more about their ghost tales (which many of us have probably been exposed to already in anime and stuff).

I'd love the witches. It be a good chance to expand or reintroduce each of the witches individual stories, which frustratingly seem to have been lost to time for 4 of them from what I can did up...
