Tactician's Roll

Today I experienced an error with tactician's roll. While I already had an 11 samurai roll, upon busting my tactician's roll, I received a bust effect. I then folded the bust and got another one. Yes, the samurai roll was 11. I tried it two more times and it did the same thing. Tactician's roll is breaking the bust evasion for 11s.

Steps:
I rolled 11 Samurai Roll.
I rolled Tactician's roll, reached a 12, busted, and STILL RECEIVED A BUST EFFECT.
I used fold and repeated with the same results.
I verified in log that the samurai roll was indeed an 11.

I could not reproduce in other areas. It may be limited to Cirdas [U] only or there was another factor that I missed.

Today I was able to recreate this issue.

Steps:
Had a bust effect.
Rolled an 11 with Samurai.
Used Wildcard then Fold to remove the bust effect. (The 11 Samurai roll was still there after).
Rolled Tactician's Roll, went beyond 11 AND RECEIVED A BUST EFFECT.

Either Fold or Wildcard causes an issue with the bust evasion of 11 rolls.
