TP Bonus and/or MAB shields

Maybe war might take a second look at axes if a shield had tp bonus. With war's fencer trait and the moonshade earring, decimation would actually be a pretty nice weaponskill, no?

And don't forget pld's, cors, and rngs, they're mostly 1 handed, no?

Well, Decimation is Acc based on TP, so probably not.

Calamity is a nice Damage by TP WS, but its also pretty weak compared to Ruinator. So even if the TP Bonus shield was TP Bonus +2000, it would be weaker than Dual Wielding axes and using Ruinator, and both are weaker than using a 2 handed weapon.

Saddly, 1handed+Shield is far far underpowered... and I don't think TP bonus is going to help it, or MAB. I mean, Dual wield 1 gives -10% delay, I think dual wield II is 15%? not looking it up, so in essence dual wielding you already gain faster attack speed... which is actually quite potent, as well as an extra hit on every WS (admittedly not a strong hit but a hit non-the-less). I think in order for Dual Wield to be beaten by a 1/Shield combo, the shield would need insane stats, and maybe some for of "Haste II +" stat that gives a secondary Equipment haste slot (like BP Delay II and PDT/MDT II going past the normal caps).

Or idk, maybe for THF single/shield+Rudra's would be better than Dual wielding if the TP bonus was +1500 or so....
