WoE flux 15 drops people off edge when charmed.

When you get charmed in flux 15 you can be led off the edge and when you uncharm you drop below the map with no way to get back up.

the same thing was happening in skirmish rala, when you get charmed u'd fall in the water, but they patched it so you get warped back to the arena, hopefully they do this with #15... it would be the same concept as tractor.
