New Phase?

when will there be a new Phase for the test server and will it be updated BEFORE the public server?
Cause i do miss jumping on test server when I'm Super bored and gear up w/e job and have the Weapons,Armor,jugs,Ammo needed and found and opened.

Please Respond, not like the other Threads I've posted and nobody even responded except to troll/cut it down/or bad mouth it.

A little late reply, but it seems I forgot that I forgot to post it, so here goes!


There actually was (finally!) an official announcement a while back with regards to the closure of the test-server:


Thank you for your continued patronage of FINAL FANTASY XI and your constant vigilance in protecting the peace in Vana'diel.

After much deliberation, we have decided to suspend service of the test server, Undine.

While it has proven integral in connecting the development team with adventurers across the world, we have shifted focus since October of last year to providing more frequent version updates, regrettably rendering the test server neglected. Thus, on July 22, 2014, the test server shall be shut down for an indeterminate amount of time.

Your feedback is invaluable in keeping Vana'diel a treasured destination to which people have returned for over a decade. While this particular platform will not be accessible for some time, you may still let us know what you think about all things FINAL FANTASY XI via the official forums.

Happy adventuring, and may we all work together to ensure life in Vana'diel is as wonderful as possible for years to come.

So with that said, I don't think there will be a next phase. Not without more money and people to work on it.
