Mog Pells - when?

Just checking the requirement for a Mog Pell and I should be eligible, but the announcement doesn't say when SE are dishing them out. Anyone know when they're going to do it?

Last time this happened I had to contact SE to get my Pell, because I never got it.

I hope this don't happen again that was quite frustrating.

it said that you get one for logging in from the 10th to the 17th and one for playing anytime from july 1 to august 31st, i have not recieved my mog pell for logging in yet.........why is this?

When they say sent to mail do they mean in game mail, or our registered email account? Last time we got sent a code in our email and that's where things went horribly wrong.

Red Mog Pells are being sent via the Dbox system. Ergo, some people have them on some characters now and some will get them later as they work their way through the system.

No lost e-mails this time.
