na the dmg on diffusion seems to high for breath, also burst affinty effects it (5k vrs 4K) issue is, the mana cost, for the dmg it does and no extra effect it shouldt have been more than say 130 mana(tho it might have a speical quirk or somthing we dont know about), as is at 238 mana only use i see for the spell is decent stats and may the stp trait
