Currently, the only way I've found to pull this up is to go into Advanced Search, or drill down into a thread and scroll to the bottom (View Tag Cloud). It would help a lot if it could be along the top banner/header (New Posts, FAQ....Dev Tracker, Advanced Search) that is present all the time.
It might actually encourage people to check/use the cloud more often and <hopefully> cut back on some of the duplicate posting.
