Lost 3 levels after world crash

Everyone who was in Abyssea-La Theine at 4:30am was booted off. When we all logged back in several of us noticed we were missing a certain amount of Abyssea time (I lost 300 minutes total), some lost levels (I lost 3 myself). Can this be fixed please? I'd like my levels back if possible.

6:19am another zone crash, this time 4 levels lost and several hundred sparks, 200 minutes abyssea time lost, several items missing including a scroll of army's paeon 6. This is totalling to 4 hours' worth of effort down the drain.

Yes, i was there for both time's. Everyone from the Alliance got kicked off the game unable to re log for a few minutes . When everyone returned many of us lost , Either levels , Skill points , Merits , even some trial were reset to a certain points. We don't know why and hope this matter will be checked upon as soon has possible.

This isn't going to help you in Abyssea, but game data is only exported from the area server when you zone.

Well it needs to be fixed, because right now Abyssea is about as stable as a Sims game.
