question about the trusts during Adventurer Appreciation Campaign

I was wondering if the trusts during the Adventurer Appreciation Campaign will be available some other way, like being able to buy it, I remember when I came back a year ago and had to start new I had to buy the decennial Ring would it be like that item? or would it only be available by the Mog Pell?
