Anyone figured out how to get here? I feel like I'm looking for a needle in a haystack.

You may need the Silvery Plate (Not sure since I already had it), which you can grab on the way there. The zone entrance is the lift on the east side of Outer Ra'Kaznar, on the bottom floor. (I-8, map 2) You'll have to bypass two Reives to get there.
On that note, the reives in Inner are soloable. What's terrifying are that Dvergr are wandering around, thinking they can be normal mobs.
