This is just eyeball math but I can't really find a discernible difference in my Blue Magic damage post-update.

Scratch that.... oddly Food seemed to affect it quite a bit, where berserk didn't, but it still doesn't seem to bring blue magic to a competitive level.

Which food did you use to see the change?

RCB, and was on adoulin mobs, barely noticed a difference with berserk, did notice a change with RCB, but, basically only "making it nearly as effective on high tier mobs as low level ones", but generally, against those higher tier mobs, you have enough buffs to make your melee haste so high that's still better again.
