Gendewitha Bliaut becomes Gendewitha Bilaut +1 when upgraded.

RDM AF becomes Vitivation armor, which should probably be Vitiation because it means to enfeeble and vitivation isn't a word.

Gateau Aux Fraises has no strawberries in it.


Not really item related but:
All the beetles in vana'diel have a backwards foot. Can we get confirmation that this is a horrifying birth defect and that's why the devs have never fixed it or are you going to continue to MURDER MY IMMERSION whenever I see a beetle?


Anyone else got some tiny, seemingly easily fixed complaints?

Oh no! Now I'm going to have to go check beetles! I've never noticed the foot thing....

Meanwhile Peg Powler dropped a Schwarz Axt for me...looks like an axe nonetheless :-) Bugs me every time I see it in the inventory!

To echo detlef - if you think think an item is mis-named, or find something misspelled or help text that leads you to the wrong area/NPC - post it in Localization forum. The team does read it, and the head replies to many posts with explanations. And he tries to get all errors fixed for the next update.

Sadly that beetle foot will haunt our dreams forever...

Which sounds about right for an Enfeebler. Someone oops on translation I think.
