Is there any way that the recast time could be significantly reduced on this JA please? When you introduce Empyrean119 gear it would be very cool to be able to use this JA more frequently with Flash and Holy II. In fact it would be cool to see Holy II get more use seeing as how I hardly ever run out of mp nowadays.

I agree. The recast on this ability is way too long. Though I wish I could share in your over-abundance of MP because I dry out if I start spamming Holy II. Which is just one more reason the recast on Divine Emblem really makes no sense to me.
I guess if anything seeing it cut to 5min wouldn't be so bad though.
