Steps:
My macro equips Wyvern HP+ gear including Drachen brais+1/Wyrm Armet/Wyvern Mail and Homam Feet and when I activate Restoring or Healing Breath it heals me for 422. When I equip these pieces manually and wait about 5 seconds and then use Restoring Breath again it'll heal for around 540ish.
I believe what's happening is that the game takes too long to calculate the Wyvern's new HP value from gear such that by the time the Breath is used, all the gear isn't accounted for making this a difficult ability to use equipment for.
