RDM in Yorcia Delve

Any idea why Frazzle II has no effect on Ircinraq? Even when I cast it at the very start of the fight it has no effect.

Also, could anyone ballpark how much macc/enfeebling skill and macc/int for nukes they are wearing for Wopket? I have a hard time landing anything other than Dia 3 and Dispel on it. When I dual a geo for indi-focus my nukes are quite nice but without indi-focus my nukes are resisted terribly once stymie Frazzle II wears off.

To your first question, no idea, I've not done Yorcia in weeks due to no invites sadly since my group I was going with stopped going. As for the second part, I nuke in something very similar to this (http://www.ffxiah.com/item-sets/323941) when doing Delve II runs. While it's not up to date it's mostly what you can expect to need on most content. I have many optimum/near optimum sets on my account on FFXIAH for RDM and I'll be updating them over the next few days as I can so if you're interested then you should keep an eye out. :D
