Content Adjustments
(07:10~ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=8UC2Bkiw89A#t=7m10s))
Skirmish
Adjustments to the exchange rates for wailing stones
We've made adjustments to the exchanges rates for wailing stones, which eased the difficulty for obtaining them.
Adjustments to the drop rate of wailing stones
After making adjustments to the drop rate in the June version update, we received a lot of feedback from players, and based on this we re-adjusted the drop rate of the other type of stones. We've lowered the drop rate of ghastly stones and raised the drop rate of wailing stones.
Colonization reives
Adjustments to the spawn rate of monsters
We’ve made adjustments to that colonization reives can be cleared more easily with a fewer amount of people. We extended the spawn rate of monsters and increased the opportunities to attack the obstacles. Additionally, we’ve reduced monster detection range, which will reduce the danger of monsters attacking from the opposite side of the wall.
Salvage
Adjustments to Bhaflau Remnants-II
In order to improve congestion from one remnant being heavily focused on, we’ve balanced out the amount of alexandrite that can be earned from each Salvage area.
Nyzul
Adjustments to obtaining mythic weapon skills
Progression in Nyzul will now no longer affect the requirements for unlocking mythic weapon skills.

*The video shows off the Shadow Lord battle.
High-tier mission battlefields: “★The Shadow Lord Battle” and “★Head Wind”
The Shadow Lord and the Shikarees make their appearance in new high-tier mission battlefields. Similar to the original mission battle, mid-way through the fight the Shadow Lord will phase change and start to deal heavy attacks repetitively, so it’ll be important to deal damage to him quickly once he changes.

Job Adjustments
(24:35~ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=8UC2Bkiw89A#t=24m35s))
Red mage
Addition of new enhancing and enfeebling magic spells
Haste II gives 30% haste.
Flurry is a new spell that reduces ranged attack delay, and Flurry II also reduces ranged delay by 30%.
The effect for Distract II and Frazzle II will increase depending on how much MND and enfeebling magic skill you have. At the maximum, each spell will reduce physical evasion and magical damage, respectively, by 50.
Adjustments to the status ailment “Weight”
To coincide with the addition of Distract, we’ve removed the reduced physical evasion effect from the status ailment “Weight”. Considering the effect of reduced movement speed, there were a lot of monsters we had make resistant to this, which then made it difficult to utilize this effect as a means to reduce physical evasion. As such we decided to completely separate this effect.
Geomancer
New spells: Indi-Haste and Geo-Haste
The effects of both Indi-Haste and Geo-Haste are affected by the caster’s handbell skill and geomancy skill, so while I cannot give a specific number for the effect, they can both have the potential to reach the stats of Haste II.
In recent battles haste is becoming more and more important and has been limiting the back line jobs that are being utilized. Due to this, we wanted to make it possible to reach the haste cap by using various back line jobs.
Blue mage
New blue magic spells
We’ve added three new blue magic spells. Erratic Flutter, which gives the effect of Haste II; Thrashing Assault, which has a high amount of power in exchange for a somewhat longer recast time; and an AoE magic attack, Subduction.
Adjustments to high level blue magic spells
To go along with the weapon skill adjustments that took place in the June version update, we’ve been looking into re-adjusting the blue magic spells that can be learned at high levels. We’ll be making an announcement in the coming days about when and what will be adjusted.
Corsair
Adjustments to Corsair’s Roll
We’ve made it so Corsair’s Roll also affects capacity point gains.
Puppetmaster
Addition of Haste II to the stormwaker head
Based on feedback from the previous Freshly Picked Vana’diel, we added Haste II to the stormwaker head.
