Mordant Rime and weight

Since Evasion down was removed from weight does this also affect Mordant Rime? I've not tested this yet, but if the evasion down was removed can we get a different effect for Mordant Rime? As just weight from the weapon skill doesn't really make sense, as I wouldn't use the WS to weight the mob down then run from the mob. If I needed to run I would just lullaby the mob.(assuming it as no DOT on it)

Yes, Rudra's Storm and Mordant Rime were both indirectly nerfed by this change. Neither of their additional effects hold any practical purpose anymore.
