Home Point teleports missing after 7/7/2014 Update

After the 7/7/2014 update, Home Point warps seem to be missing for me, specifically the Wildskeeper Reives locations (Ubulka or whatever). The Windurst[S] warp is also missing.

Since these are both at the bottom of my list, I suspect that the list is too long now and is getting cut off, without a "Next Page" option.

I have checked on these home pionts, and they are still registered.

After posting this, waiting some time, registering another home point, and zoning... my Eastern Ulbuka teleport is back in the menu. However, I saw shouts that it wasn't working for some other people.

I am having the same issues with all Wildskeeper Reive home points. They are also at the bottom of my list and still show as registered so I'm not sure whats wrong or whatever but I refuse to walk from waypoints to the reive every time since everyone else seems to be able to warp.
