:confused::confused:I can't find any info from Google or from searching the Square Enix Support Center, so this is my only hope, other than calling in and finding out what the problem is. I reactivated my Square-Enix accounts, and the characters I wanted to start playing again but I am getting a message that I am getting a Content Communication Error(POL-1331). I am getting a response of "Could not authenticate SSL certificate. The specified service cannot be used." I deactivated my account on the 1st of April but have returned to play again, as of July3rd I am being charged for characters that still appear to be renewable on the account management screen. The only thing that has changed about my system is I got a new modem from comcast that is both a modem and a router. I set my firewall to low and I was able to login to POL but when I click on FFXI and then go to the usual "Play" screen I get this error.
I hope to GOD that this does not mean that my account has been deleted.. as I am a returning player who has played essentially since the NA release. Can someone please help me with what I can do to resolve this issue?
