1. Have alliance enter DM2 (Party leader starts, not Alliance.)
2. 10 members of 12 are allowed to enter, other 2 were not.

Neither happened and all members had a KI.

Drago, your in-game aspect ratio setting is off. You need to go to the main menu > Config > Misc. > Background Aspect Ratio and change the setting. It looks like the proper ratio for you would be 16:9, but it's whichever setting makes the characters look thinnest.

It could be that he possibly wanted to be a Galka, but since XI doesn't have Fantasias this is the next best thing?

Another scenario I can think of, has someone in the alliance entered the BCNM prior to you entering the zone or joining the alliance?
One very distinct detail I am missing is the BCNM icon in your status bar.

I did one DM2 since then and it didn't occur.
I don't want to waste merits for a whole alliance by trying to recreate it.

What we did; We were an alliance, a PARTY leader (not alliance) Entered the battlefield first. Most other members were allowed in. (Besides two (they were in the same party.))
