New start! Which server should I join?

Hello! I'm a returning player who wants to start the game over again. ^^ I'm going to be playing the game with my fiance and want to get onto a server that is both fairly active and noob friendly. Does anyone have suggestions for a good, friendly server?

Join any server you want :) there isn't a lot of variation in activity level and noob friendlyness (read: none are very "noob friendly but that's more the game design than the players).

Thus, personally, I reccomend you join the first server that strikes your fancy, or perhaps someone will invite you to join them :)

Not really sure which server you should join, but as a new player coming in if you want to be able to do all the content, I would suggest you level brd and or whm, and learn to play them really well, those two jobs will get you invites to any content out there, and you can use them to gear up any other job you decide you want to play
